Refund Policy for Laser Aesthetics & Liposuction

All services and treatments provided by Laser Aesthetics & Liposuction are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We strive to ensure that every patient is fully satisfied with the services received. However, due to the nature of certain services, including medical treatments and aesthetic procedures, refunds may not be available under all circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Cancellations:

If you cancel an appointment for a noninvasive cosmetic service more than 24 hours in advance, you may not be charged for the scheduled service. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking.

Prepaid Treatments or Packages:

If you have pre-purchased a treatment or package and have not used any of the services, you will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be issued based on the unused portion of the treatment or package.

Invasive or Surgical Procedures

For procedures like Laser Liposuction, please note that once the procedure is scheduled, any cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the appointment will result in a forfeiture of any deposits or payments made. Due to the nature of the preparation and resources required for such procedures, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within this time frame. We strongly encourage clients to review their schedules and commitments carefully before finalizing their appointments.

Medical Reasons:

If, for any reason, we determine that a medical treatment is not appropriate for you or you are unable to undergo a procedure, we may offer a refund for the cost of the procedure, minus any applicable consultation or administrative fees.

Defective or Incomplete Services:

If a procedure or service is deemed defective or not performed as agreed, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

Cosmetic Treatments:

Services such as non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and body contouring, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Consultations:

Fees paid for consultations, whether in-person or virtual, are non-refundable, as these services are for the purpose of evaluation and advice.

Deposits:

Any deposits paid to secure a service, especially for high-demand procedures, are non-refundable except in cases where the service is canceled by us.

Gift Cards or Vouchers:

Gift cards or vouchers purchased for treatments or services cannot be refunded once purchased.
